Service Coordinator Opportunity

Groomfield Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join their team in Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the construction industry, renowned for its expertise and comprehensive project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log new service calls and communicate with customers via the SAP Service Module.
  • Plan daily schedules for allocated service technicians to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
  • Keep customers informed about open or ongoing repairs and orders.
  • Liaise with internal departments as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Service department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
  • Essential scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
