Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Service Co-Ordinator? Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company renowned for its expertise and comprehensive project management in the construction industry.
* Annual Salary: £25,000
* Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus paid birthday leave after 1 year’s service/annual performance bonus/pension scheme/working with a friendly team/enhanced parental leave/company sick pay/life assurance scheme, and an employee assistance program.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00
The Role:
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will:
* Log new service calls and liaise with customers via the SAP Service Module.
* Plan daily schedules for your allocated service technicians to meet customer needs.
* Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
* Update customers on open or ongoing repairs and orders.
* Liaise with other internal departments as necessary.
* Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.
