Removals Sales Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Removals Sales Estimator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating removals projects, planning daily routines, and ensuring removals crews are properly briefed on each job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess the scope and complexity of potential removals projects.
  • Recommend the appropriate crew and vehicles for each removal.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaise with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position services.
  • Use company costing data to compile quotations.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and follow up quotations.
  • Provide customers with advice on insurance matters.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a field sales position, preferably in the Removals or Logistics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
