About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the production team on our latest AAA game project, the next installment in the Mafia franchise. As a key member of our studio, you will work closely with the project discipline directors to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production team to plan, track, and assess tasks and progress, communicating effectively with the studio leadership team and 2K.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet project goals, ensuring a smooth development process.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop staff month budgets and schedules, ensuring consistency with H13 core development processes.
  • Present production updates to studio leadership, keeping all parties informed of progress, risks, and requirements.
  • Mentor producers at all levels, promoting growth and career development within the team.
  • Cultivate a global team spirit, fostering a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in AAA game development, with a proven track record of producing and developing console games from conception to release.
  • Experience as a Lead-level Producer or higher, shipping at least one AAA console game.
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and the value of each.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for videogames and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
