About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people in our care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full UK driver's licence
  • A willingness to commit to qualifications recognised by the SSSC
  • Working in line with the National Care standards and SSSC Codes of Practice
  • To safeguard young people and report all Child Care concerns
  • Proficient IT skills and experienced in using Microsoft packages
