Job Title:

Senior Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead our engineering integration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their involvement throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the engineering integration team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver engineering products and solutions that meet customer needs and expected standards.
  2. Develop and implement Model Based Engineering approaches and supporting methods and toolsets, such as Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, and ANSYS.
  3. Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance on engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements management, design, development, testing, and validation.
  4. Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to propose, develop, and deliver engineering products and solutions that meet customer needs and expected standards.
  5. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, including customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
  1. Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle.
  2. Evidence-based experience in an engineering integration environment, preferably in the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, or Nuclear Industries.
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  5. Accreditation to the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or equivalent body/institute is desirable but not essential.
