The Role:

This newly created Partnership Manager post will work collaboratively with the partnerships team to identify new opportunities for Kortext Adopt, driving sales worldwide. The role is a solution-based sales role and will involve occasional travel to attend conferences and exhibitions, and to meet with both prospects and existing clients.

  1. Achieve rapid sales growth across the publishing and content provider sector both in the UK and overseas.
  2. Identify and target new publishers and other content providers, interacting with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Develop and grow existing publisher and content provider accounts, retaining the existing client base.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns targeted at the publishing and content sector.
  5. Create and maintain accurate pipeline records using Salesforce.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. A track record of seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building a pipeline, and delivering against a sales budget (minimum 3 years).
  2. Knowledge and experience of edtech/publishing/content sectors desirable.
  3. Highly competent in the Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.
  5. Comfortable and confident presenting online using various platforms.

Work Environment:

A hybrid contract whereby 1 to 2 days (per week) will be required in the office. You will be expected to have a dedicated home office area to focus on work-related activities and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
