About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cv Consulting. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Sales & Marketing strategy and driving change towards an Account Based Marketing model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Director of Business Development to develop and execute the Sales & Marketing strategy, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery from initial briefing and requirements gathering, planning, and targeting, set-up and creative, deployment and reporting, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy and business targets.
  • Be a Hubspot champion/superuser and support the development of data management and qualified lead management processes, including contact data entry and maintenance.
  • Help define, execute, and optimise customer lifecycle journey workflows through welcome/nurture to advocacy/referral, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, and automation to support sales and marketing activities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and action new opportunities for automated and triggered CRM programmes to gain production and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with the set-up, implementation, and reporting of data acquisition opportunities to help grow marketable database volumes.
  • Be a brand champion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and agencies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to improve performance, using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
  • Carry out various marketing admin tasks - database management and updating collateral, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create and manage digital marketing content, including emails, paid ads, and social media posts, to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Support website administration and content creation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Champion CRM best practice and ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations, maintaining the highest standards of data security and integrity.
Requirements
  • Experience in CRM marketing and automation, with a strong understanding of Hubspot and its capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and measure campaign impact and effectiveness, using insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build highly positive relationships cross-functionally.
  • Process-driven with strong organisational and time-management skills, for running multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
  • Desirable experience with design software (Photoshop or Illustrator) and website CMS, to create engaging visual content and manage website updates.
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, and copywriting skills, to create compelling marketing content and drive business growth.
  • Highly collaborative and supportive team player, with a positive can-do attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Strong IT knowledge and computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Mac OS.
