Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

AJ Chambers is representing a leading law firm in Chelmsford seeking a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department.

About the Role

As a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team, you will work closely with a friendly and experienced team to provide excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and type up legal documents and correspondence, including bills of costs and completion statements.
  • Progress the conveyancing process efficiently, accurately, and timely, adhering to legal requirements.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and clerical support on conveyancing transactions.
  • Deal with client enquiries, including telephone calls.
Requirements

We are looking for a flexible, adaptable, and positive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build effective and trusting relationships with people internally and externally.
