Staff Counsellor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team at WhereToTalk, providing support to staff members in a Higher Education Institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in short-term counselling, workplace counselling, or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential counselling services to staff members
  • Work collaboratively with the LSE Student Wellbeing Service
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for staff

Requirements:

  • BACP Accreditation, UKCP Registration, or equivalent registration with HPC/BABCP/BPS/BPC
  • Experience in a Higher Education Institution or similar environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
