As a Golf Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience for our golf members and customers, ensuring they receive expert advice and guidance on our range of golf products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with golf members and customers
- Offer expert advice and guidance on golf products, driving sales and hitting targets
- Work closely with the golf academy and driving range teams to promote our golf services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases and trends
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence
