Golf Retail Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Golf Retail Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Club Blackpool. As a Golf Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with golf members, and driving sales in our Golf shop.

About the Role

This exciting role combines a passion for golf with world-class customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing customers with key product information, and helping to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to golf members and customers
  • Build relationships with golf members and provide them with key product information
  • Drive sales and achieve targets in the Golf shop
  • Work collaboratively with the Golf Academy team to promote golf lessons and programs
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Golf shop and Village Hotel Club Blackpool
