As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with complex mental and physical health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
- Experience of working with patients with complex mental and physical health needs
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
