Main Duties of the JobWe are looking for an inspirational and approachable leader who can work in a non-judgmental way, building robust working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team and with our patient group. You will provide support to individuals and teams, making decisions to strengthen performance and deliver quality outcomes for the local population.

Qualifications
Essential
- Current AHP with UK HCPC registration.
- Podiatry professional qualification.
- Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio, including attendance at recent postgraduate courses.
- Broad range of clinical experience relevant to the post.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualification.
- Previous NHS operational management experience.
- Leadership qualification.
Experience

- Experience of service delivery in acute and community settings.
- Experience of staff management and leadership skills.
- Experience of budget management.
