This comprehensive events and communications agency collaborates with renowned international brands across various industries to execute large-scale events and experiences. From extensive congresses accommodating thousands to individual meetings for hundreds, they manage complex logistical elements and operate in remarkable locations worldwide.
Role Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will join the delegate management team within this all-encompassing events agency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the event registration platform for each occasion.
- Distributing initial event details to attendees.
- Handling all delegate inquiries and communications.
- Assisting in other facets of event technology, including application development.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or relevant experience in event management or registration. You should be exceptionally organized, with strong administrative and project management capabilities, and be proficient with technology. Familiarity with platforms such as Cvent, CrowdComms, or Aventri is highly desirable, as is confidence in managing substantial data using Excel. Comprehensive training and development opportunities will be provided, and this role requires three days a week in the office. This position offers an excellent career advancement opportunity.
