We are seeking a skilled and experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team on a casual basis. As an Educational Psychologist with Bath and North East Somerset Council, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people, providing psychological support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to support children and young people with special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Conduct research and analysis to inform educational policy and practice
- Develop and deliver training and professional development programs for educators and other professionals
- Doctorate in Educational Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
