Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Complete required documentation before and after work tasks.
- Oversee specialized subcontractors.
- Conduct Risk Assessments for Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure their validity.
- Update maintenance task lists as needed.
- Ensure all on-site work complies with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and Veolia guidelines.
- Adapt to Maintenance Shutdown schedules.
- Participate in audits of the Air Conditioning systems and follow up on required actions.
- Prepare and manage quotations and work approvals.
- Maintain plant asset and F-gas registers.
- Be available for on-call standby duties.
What We Seek:
- Recognized trade qualification, such as City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a similar position with a solid understanding of utility systems.
- Desire to expand knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems.
- Experience in a Computerized Maintenance Management Work Order system environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with mechanical experience being a distinct advantage.
