Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage a mixture of SME and Corporate Accounts, driving sales and fostering relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and enhancing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets for assigned accounts
- Present and explain our ERP services
- Manage daily commercial aspects to boost sales
- Report monthly on sales activities and opportunities
- Build relationships at all levels within client organisations
- Communicate and present to customers at all levels, up to C-level executives
- Visit clients regularly and work from the office
- Handle all contractual matters with client support from Kerridge Commercial Systems
- Identify and close sales opportunities
