Talent Finder is seeking a Refrigeration Systems Technician to join a leading company that specializes in providing exceptional building service solutions to the food manufacturing and distribution sectors.

This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in refrigeration installation, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute refrigeration installations while interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Apply electrical knowledge and appropriate techniques during installations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel to various sites as required, with occasional overnight stays.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in refrigeration installation, ideally within the food sector.
  • Strong electrical knowledge.
  • Experience in commissioning is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds F-Gas or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications like IPAF, Level 2 NVQ, and Braising are advantageous.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
