We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our Support Team at Lane7. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bookings team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Create team rota's that meet the needs of the business, balancing workload and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with onsite management teams to foster a smooth-running diary and drive sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, working closely with marketing and corporate teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Manage, encourage, and report on team incentives, such as upsells and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Support the Head of Sales with ad-hoc tasks and attend off-site meetings as required.
