The Role
Senior Registry Officer - Fixed Term Contract
About the Position
The Worldwide Registry Office at the University of London has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Officer to join their team, taking charge of the processing of both undergraduate and postgraduate student registrations. This pivotal role involves managing a variety of communications related to the registration process. The Senior Registry Officer will collaborate closely with the Fees Office regarding registration payments, liaising with various educational institutions involved in the collection of registration fees, and will also be responsible for providing students with ongoing proof of registration letters.
About You
We are eager to connect with candidates who possess a proven track record of executing highly detailed tasks in dynamic, deadline-oriented environments. You should be technically proficient, showcasing strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel), and demonstrating an aptitude for word processing, email communication, as well as database and spreadsheet management.
Your outstanding communication abilities will enable you to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and as a collaborative and supportive team member, you will thrive in this environment. Your keen customer awareness, combined with solid numerical skills, will ensure that you consistently deliver accurate and concise services.
