We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to schedule appointments for operatives, ensuring that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.
- Use our in-house system to actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discussing complex repairs and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure that our maintenance services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
