About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about the attraction and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Participate in special events and activities, offering support and ensuring smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and being comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Operate the ticketing system accurately and efficiently, understanding products and timings
  • Manage the queue and keep guests happy, working calmly under pressure
  • Provide information about events, packages, and facilities, guiding guests on their visit
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, processing sales and cashing up at the end of the day

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Cash handling experience or willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work during the summer period, including weekends and evenings
