Job Title: Marine AV Installation Specialist

Join SER Limited, a specialist integrator of AV, IT, and networks within the marine and residential sector, as a Marine AV Installation Specialist. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to carry out the installation of IT, networks, AV, and security systems within high-end superyachts throughout Europe.

The Role:
  • Assemble and build AV racks in our Hertfordshire warehouse and off-site
  • Assist senior engineers with the installation and configuration of AV systems
  • Work on bespoke projects for high-end Super Yachts and occasional residential projects
  • Learn to troubleshoot and maintain AV equipment, ensuring high performance
  • Support the team on-site for marine installations, often in unique and luxury environments
  • Liaise with clients to ensure projects meet their specific requirements
Requirements:
  • A passion for technology and innovation in AV
  • Basic knowledge or a strong interest in Audio Visual systems
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Valid Passport
  • A willingness to travel and work away from home at short notice and on a regular basis
Package Details:
  • A salary ranging between £25K- £30K depending on experience
  • 1.5X overtime rates - most engineers gain an extra 20-30% of their annual salary in overtime
  • All expenses covered and overnight allowance provided for nights away
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
