Role Overview: We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to become part of our team in Horley. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for nurturing young children and a strong dedication to their overall development. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing age-appropriate educational programs and activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Creating a secure, encouraging, and engaging learning space where children feel appreciated and respected.

- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
