Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring timely and efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and communication.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize rental income, minimize vacancies, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our hospitality team to provide exceptional guest experiences, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Work closely with our property owners to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using technology and software to manage rental properties, communicate with guests, and analyze data.
