We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the management accountant with the preparation of month-end accounts, posting accruals and prepayments, and maintaining the fixed asset register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management accountant with the preparation of month-end accounts
  • Post accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Support the delivery of variance analysis to budget
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to deal with individuals at all levels
