Castlefield Recruitment is working with a leading housing association in the North West to recruit a Financial Analyst to their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in performing complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review.
- Produce financial information to the business to allow them to provide meaningful commentary for cost variances.
- Provide analysis to support the forecasting and annual budgets.
- Support the drive to improve value for money and business effectiveness.
- Support the Finance Business Partner with producing reporting packs which are ad hoc in nature.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts and stakeholders throughout the Group to ensure that the finance team are aware of any changes to services, staffing or growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- CCAB/CIMA qualification is preferred.
- Advanced Excel - essential.
- Experience within social housing would be preferred.
- Availability to start immediately would be preferred.
About the Role:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for producing analysis to support quarterly forecasting and monthly commentary, while translating financial data into information that is easily understood and fit for use by the business.
