We are seeking a seasoned and experienced supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our nighttime venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the venue is prepared and ready for business at the start of each shift, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  2. Supervise the efficient running of the bar, restaurant, and other facilities, guaranteeing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Lead and support a team of up to 20 staff members on shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Address any issues that may arise and keep management informed.
  5. Contribute to the recruitment, induction, and training of new team members, ensuring they adhere to our high standards and address any areas for improvement.
  6. Successfully coordinate and execute parties and events at the venue, driving sales and revenue growth.
