Senior Employment Solicitor Opportunity at G2 Legal Limited

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join our expanding Employment team at G2 Legal Limited, a Legal 500 firm based in Reading, Berkshire. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both businesses and private individuals.

Your caseload will include settlement agreements, drafting contracts of employment, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancy matters, employment tribunals, and corporate support work. You will also be expected to play an active part in the team's business development activities, including attendance at seminars, training workshops, networking events, and writing articles for our monthly eBulletin.

The ideal candidate will have experience from a recognised London or regional practice known for its employment work. An interest in marketing and business development would be advantageous.
