We are seeking a senior employment solicitor to join our expanding Employment team at G2 Legal Limited. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' PQE and experience from a recognised London or regional practice known for its employment work.

The successful candidate will have a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues, acting for both businesses and private individuals. This will include settlement agreements, drafting contracts of employment, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancy matters, employment tribunals, and corporate support work.

As a senior employment solicitor, you will play an active part in the team's business development activities, including attendance at seminars, training workshops, networking events, and writing articles for our monthly eBulletin.

In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package and work within a friendly, close-knit team environment.
