Job Title: Industrial Disease Paralegal

Due to the growth of our industrial disease department, we are seeking a paralegal to assist with a caseload of Hand Arm Vibrations and Noise Induced Hearing Loss files.

The ideal candidate will have experience of assisting on disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and an understanding of the litigation process.

We offer full training and support in this role, as well as excellent development and progression opportunities.

The Candidate
  • Paralegal with experience of assisting on disease cases
  • Experience of the litigation process
  • Excellent academics
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
