- Support regional forums and working groups, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and maths.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting service targets.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and framework suppliers at all levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and proven customer service experience.
