Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Assistant to join our team at Si Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer admissions contracts via electronic signature platforms, ensuring timely payment of deposits and fees.
  • Liaise with external parties regarding funding and contracts, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Chase private and funded fees, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain resident records and personal allowance accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Manage sales ledger, aged debtors, and reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Issue monthly statements and respond to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in annual and monthly audits, compiling information as requested and providing support to the audit team.
  • Produce reports and attend meetings as required, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
