Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a commercial environment in Stratford. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this commercial office building environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the contract
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Management of all reports/site log books
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
  • Lighting installation, fault-finding, and maintenance
  • Emergency lighting and fire alarm tests
  • Air Conditioning maintenance, including air handling units and fan coil units
  • Water temperature monitoring

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge and progression within a leading facilities maintenance provider. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to \u00a350,000 per annum, with a potential route into further career progression and management.

Requirements:
  • Electrical Level 2/3 qualification, NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

We offer a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. You will also receive 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
