Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join our team at You First Support Services Cic.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our domiciliary care services and work with our team to support individuals with neurodiverse needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in adult health and social care management
  • Level 5 qualification in management or willingness to work towards it
  • Valid full UK driving license
  • Ability to travel across the county
  • Desire to become a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with neurodiverse individuals and teams
