We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our Front of House Team as a Night Porter at Dakota Glasgow. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out deep cleaning tasks, including vacuum cleaning, dusting, and polishing, to maintain the high standards of our hotel.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent communication and assist with tasks as required.
- Be assigned the role of Fire Warden and trained as a fire evacuation chair user to assist our guests in emergency situations.
- Follow health and safety procedures closely, particularly regarding waste handling and manual handling.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and best practices for maintaining the hotel's public and back-of-house areas.
