About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to enhance our brand presence at Elior. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our market leadership by innovating and revitalizing brands, concepts, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with external partners to create dynamic and commercially successful brand alliances that boost sales and profitability in our current locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and introduce innovative brands and sub-brands, focusing on design, culinary aspects, and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and oversee brand collaborations, engaging with stakeholders to launch new brands, chefs, concepts, and products.
  • Draft marketing briefs for the culinary development team, incorporating competitor insights and market trends.
  • Provide creative briefs to agencies for branding initiatives and promotional materials.
  • Manage relationships with creative, print, and research agencies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop central marketing campaigns to enhance sales, coordinating with marketing managers for an annual strategy.
  • Oversee project management and execution of concepts and campaigns across various teams.
  • Ensure proposals deliver commercial value, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain brand documentation, including standards and matrices.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities for potential opportunities.
  • Keep internal and external marketing materials current.
  • Provide insights to sales and retention teams, aiding in bids and presentations.
  • Coordinate third-party photography for optimized customer-facing materials.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage insights, branding, and marketing to enhance brand performance and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Expertise in managing relationships with external partners.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a solid understanding of design direction.
  • Confident in presenting ideas and inspiring teams with a shared vision.
  • Awareness of trends in the food, beverage, or grocery sectors.
  • Experience in creating design and culinary briefs.
  • Good grasp of operational realities related to equipment, space, and layout.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and brand/category management systems.
