Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Handyman to ensure the upkeep of a prestigious residential property in Brighton. As a leading management agent, our client oversees numerous high-end developments across the UK, providing exceptional living spaces for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal areas.
- Perform painting and decorating tasks as needed.
- Manage waste removal efficiently.
- Provide general maintenance assistance to the property.
- Identify and report defects or incidents, collaborating with the Development Manager for resolutions.
- Conduct monthly checks on emergency lighting systems and ensure fire alarm tests are completed in coordination with the Development Manager.
- Execute routine repairs and replace door locks as necessary.
- Ensure all tools are securely stored and used only by authorized personnel.
- Pressure wash and clean bin storage areas weekly, maintaining cleanliness in footpaths and communal spaces.
- Perform touch-up painting in communal areas as required.
- Regularly check and maintain terrace areas, including plant care.
