**Commercial Manager - Social Housing - Planned Maintenance**

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited, a leading provider of property services to the social housing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering planned maintenance contracts, achieving targeted profit margins and driving strategic growth.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize contract performance and maximize revenue.
  • Lead a team of commercial professionals to achieve targeted financial goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in commercial management, with experience in planned maintenance contracts and a proven ability to drive strategic growth.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Proven experience in commercial management within the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
