We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Monitor store performance and provide recommendations to improve results, ensuring the store is always looking its best.
- Communicate store performance and company updates to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's goals.
- Encourage a customer-centric culture, ensuring the team delivers exceptional fashion consulting and customer service at all times.
- Proactively seek out customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
- Resolve difficult customer issues effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build rapport and be approachable and helpful to both customers and staff, creating a welcoming store environment.
- Actively coach and develop the team to support internal succession, ensuring the store has a strong and capable team in place.
- Monitor controllable costs and take action where necessary, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
- Understand and adhere to the company's Health & Safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
