Head of Conveyancing Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to lead our property team. As Head of Conveyancing, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of conveyancers, ensuring everyone is on top form and meeting targets.
  • Network and bring in business, charming clients with your knowledge and professionalism.
  • Keep the legal train on the tracks by ensuring everything runs smoothly with the firm's CRM, case management system, and post-completion tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of residential conveyancing experience.
  • Expert knowledge of residential conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new builds.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
