This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients who have Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues, providing support and care in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, domestic responsibilities, and attending appointments
- Provide cognitive and behavioral support using effective management strategies
- Assist with the administration and management of medication
- Facilitate access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
