Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve addressing repair and maintenance needs throughout the property as they arise:

  • Responding to and resolving guest maintenance requests
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on tools and equipment in various operational areas
  • Fostering effective communication and relationships with different departments
  • Reporting any emerging engineering tasks to the Engineering Manager
  • Assisting in maintaining the hotel's aesthetic and operational standards, including physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Helping with inventory management and procurement

Qualifications We Seek

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience as an Engineer in hospitality settings
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Familiarity with hand tools and electrical devices
