MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our team at HMP The Mount, Hemel Hempstead. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies, including complex and chronic presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care to patients, listening to their feedback and acting on it to ensure personalized and informed care.
- Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
- Inspire excellence in your colleagues by being proactive in the management of MSK conditions and motivating the wider team to identify patients presenting with red flag symptoms.
- Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.
- Share knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care, supporting your clinical and non-clinical colleagues to do a great job.
- Physio qualification
- HCPC registered
- Essential experience of post-grad MSK work and CPD in MSK
- Desirable experience of NHS work and knowledge of national pathways
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner
