Job Title: Care AssistantWe are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to customers in their own homes, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Competitive hourly rates, plus paid mileage.
- Enhanced bank holiday rates.
- 28 days' holiday per year (pro rata).
