The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of intricate construction agreements and will be expected to take the lead on these cases when necessary. Additionally, the role involves spearheading business development initiatives and overseeing the work of junior solicitors within the team.
Moreover, the successful candidate will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and managing a variety of cases for several well-known developers, contractors, and retailers.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience from a reputable national law firm
- A transferable client portfolio valued at approximately £300,000 or more is essential
- Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for business development
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets, prioritize tasks, and manage a diverse caseload of construction agreements
- Exceptional legal and leadership capabilities with a keen attention to detail
