Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team as a key member of our Business & Industry division. As a Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Development and Execution
    • Work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts that meet the evolving tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to strict food safety and quality control protocols.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service and Engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Culinary Expertise
    • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong background in menu development, food safety, and quality control.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Focus
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role, working a standard 5-day week with occasional weekend shifts.
