Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Client Procurement Analyst to join our Operations team at Avendra International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Account Managers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless purchasing data analysis, administration, and contract management.
About the Role:
- Conduct price benchmarking projects to contribute to business growth and secure new business opportunities.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to gather product information and ensure accurate reporting.
- Deliver high-quality benchmark reports and daily purchasing analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to support clients and drive cost savings.
- Create new supplier accounts and set up client accounts as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Demonstrable experience in meeting targets and delivering client satisfaction.
