Job Summary

Lead Our Intensive Treatment Team as a Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to oversee our pioneering Intensive Treatment Team within Somerset CAMHS. As a Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, resources, and staff, while fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional care and treatment for patients, working alongside your team and partner agencies to address the holistic needs of young people.
  • Conduct complex assessments, formulate interventions, and support clinicians in managing crises and understanding the unique challenges of CAMHS.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to your team, ensuring best practices and maintaining high standards.
  • Manage a clinical caseload for 50% of your time, taking personal and professional accountability for your work.
